Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Boca Raton, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work (project) includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, Reclamation Pump Station. The upgrades include modifications and enhancements to the building's architecture, structural hardening, modifications to the crane system, improvements to ventilation and air conditioning, and upgrades to the mechanical and electrical equipment inside the building. This project will also include miscellaneous site improvements, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and all incidentals required to complete the project in conformance with the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 01/19/2026 at 5:00 PM ET ** pre bid info : Please be aware that the City will use Go To Meeting to hold the PRE-BID CONFERENCE, virtually (Boca Raton, FL local time) which will be open for all interested parties to attend. City personnel will be on the virtual conference to answer questions and explain the intent of the Bid Documents. While attendance during this virtual Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, all interested parties are strongly urged to attend.
