The Town of Hillsboro Beach is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary operations to demolish certain existing elements and to construct proposed parking expansion improvements at the Town of Hillsboro Beach Town Hall. The Town of Hillsboro Beach is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the interior renovations of the Planning Room. The work shall include all associated construction activities and be performed in full compliance with the plans, specifications, and requirements set forth in the engineered drawings and technical Specifications. The scope of work is limited to the Planning Room. The Commission Chambers are not included. The Project is located at located at the Town of Hillsboro Beach Town Hall, 1210 Hillsboro Mile, Hillsboro Beach, FL 33062. The work covered by these specifications comprises, in general, the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, and performing all operations to demolish certain existing parking lot elements and to construct the parking Expansion improvements for the Town as described and shown on the Engineered Drawings and Technical Specifications. The Work shall be complete, and all work, materials and services not expressly shown or called for on the specifications, which might be necessary for the completion and proper construction of the work in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the Contractor as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to the Town of Hillsboro Beach. The contractor will be responsible for all required special inspections and shall furnish, provide, and pay for all supervision, labor, materials, tools, machinery, equipment, supplies, manufactured articles, transportation, disposal, insurance, permits, licenses, incidentals, and services and any other direct or indirect costs necessary to complete the work as described in the specifications and Drawings (Exhibit A) The Work shall comply with the applicable provisions and recommendation of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A10.2, Safety Code for Building Construction, all governing codes, and as hereinafter specified. The awarded contractor shall ensure smooth and efficient project planning, staffing, communication updates, and scheduling, through project completion, as required by the scope of services herein contained. Bidders shall include in their offer all required project labor, machinery, rentals, tools, travel, transportation, delivery, materials, equipment, supplies, permits, and related incidentals necessary to meet, in its entirety, the ITB requirements specified herein.
