The City of Springfield, Massachusetts (the 'City"), acting through the Chief Procurement Officer and the Springfield Public Schools ("SPS"), issues this Request for Qualification (the "RFQ") to parties (individually referred to as a "Proposer") who wish to submit proposals to provide Roofing Replacement at the High School of Commerce. This RFQ includes the following Work tasks: a. Roofing replacement at both 1915 historic original building and the 1995 Sports Complex addition and connecting bridge. b. Masonry repair work at the 1915 historic original building. c. Limited window and door replacements to accommodate new roofing work. d. HVAC, plumbing and electrical work to support raising rooftop equipment as a result of roofing work
