Renovation of a municipal facility in Acton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Seeking qualified contractors to provide and install new energy-efficient lighting fixtures at three municipal properties: Town Hall, the Department of Public Works (DPW), and the Sargent Memorial Library. A comprehensive lighting audit was completed in June 2025, which identified existing conditions and recommended specific fixture replacements. Detailed spreadsheets for each property outlining the quantity, type, and location of new fixtures are provided as part of this Bid Document. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 01/05/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to the The Office of the Town Administrator, Boxborough Town Hall, 29 Middle Road, Boxborough, MA 01719, and to be given consideration must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
