The equipment required to be designed, manufactured, delivered, installed, and tested is as follows: One (1) Electric Power Transformer rated 10/14 MVA at 55/65C, ONAN/ONAF, 115 kV Delta to 12.47/7.2 kV GRDY x 4.16/2.4 kV GRDY with LTC and accessories. The above equipment shall be in accordance with the specifications and proposed form of contract. Each bid must be made out on provided bid forms and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft payable to the City of Parker in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, or by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The sealed envelope must be clearly marked "Bid Enclosed Furnishing an Electric Power Transformer Parker Substation" or emailed to the provided addresses. Payment will be made as described in the Material Agreement. The City of Parker reserves the right to defer acceptance of any bid for up to thirty (30) days and also reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
