Plans and specifications are on file in the Office of the Purchase Clerk of Forrest County. Plans and proposals must be purchased from and electronic bids may be submitted at www.sd-wprojects.com; hard copy submissions are also accepted at the Office of the Purchase Clerk. Proposals with any letters qualifying the conditions under which the proposal is tendered will not be considered. Local materials and labor are preferred where practicable. Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited and encouraged to inquire about subcontracting and supply needs. A minority participation goal of 20% is included. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Construction of fencing around the 10-U Baseball field and the Tee-ball Field at the Brooklyn Community Center.
