A 5% bid bond must accompany proposal submittal. A Performance and Payment Bond of 100% of total project will be submitted by awarded vendor within 10 days after award of proposal by Randall County Commissioner's Court. The contract will be awarded to the vendor who provides the most responsive proposal to Randall County based on the evaluation factors set forth in the request for proposal.
