In the case of a consortium, each company must be individually authorized by that date. To determine the need to provide a contract authorization, one must consider the value of the contract including net taxes. For contracts concluded with the CHUM, the applicable thresholds, including net taxes, are as follows: The SERVICE PROVIDER must, within FIFTEEN (15) days of the date of dispatch of the award notice, provide the PUBLIC BODY with a performance guarantee for a lump sum amounting to 50% of the annual value of the first year submitted, in the form of a certified cheque, postal order or bank draft made payable to the PUBLIC BODY.
