The work includes construction of approximately 6,100 linear feet of 6-inch water main, replacement of approximately 1,000 linear feet of existing sewer line with 8-inch PVC, and CIPP rehabilitation of approximately 3,850 linear feet of existing sewer and 14 manholes. All federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) requirements will apply to the contract, and all contractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM). Bidders must comply with Executive Orders 11246 and 11375 prohibiting discrimination in employment, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, 40 CFR 33.240, and the Build America, Buy America Act.
