Renovation of a multi-residential development in Spring Valley, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This is a request for quotation (RFQ) to design the replacement of the Williams Design Rear Deck at the Williams IRA, 95 Williams Avenue, Spring Valley, NY 10977. The contractor must provide a 1-year warranty on material and labor. The project is design only. Attendance at a mandatory site visit is required; failure to attend or sign in will result in ineligibility to submit a quote. Quotes must be submitted on the provided quote proposal form (other forms will not be accepted). Submission of quotes should be received by the deadline and may be emailed, mailed, or hand-delivered, with email preferred. Contractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor prior to bidding and are not permitted to use subcontractors without written approval. Bidders must include their NYSDOL registration number and certificate of registration. The award will go to the most responsible and responsive vendor providing the lowest cost that meets the requirements in the scope of work. The awarded vendor must demonstrate two years of relevant experience and provide certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance, as well as completed Lobbying Law Forms and signed Appendix A. Hudson Valley DDSO's interpretation of specifications is final and binding.
