Reference checks may be grounds to deem Bidder not responsible, not award, withdraw an award notification, or rescind the award of a contract The Work shall consist of all items which will result in a functionally complete project in accordance with the specifications and drawings and includes, but is not limited to, the following: o Overhead Garage Door Replacement o Replacement of two (2) overhead garage doors. One door is approximately 20' wide x 22' tall and the other door is approximately 18' wide x 22' tall. o Door replacement shall include door, opener, rails, door seals, and any other necessary appurtenances for a fully functional door. o Structural Support Column Repair o Repair of corrosion damage on the three (3) structural support columns of the Bluff Road maintenance building and the frame of the gantry crane. o Bird Netting Installation and Bird Damage Repair o Installation of top seals on four overhead rolling steel doors. o Cleaning existing exterior HVAC vent of bird debris and install bird screen. o Removal and replacement of damaged and bird impacted insulation. o Installation of bird exclusion netting. o Downspout Reroute and Channel Drain o Reroute an exterior downspout on the northwest corner of the building into a channel drain to be installed into existing concrete.
