Bids are invited for the 2025 HMGP Generator Project, which includes the following work: providing and installing a 100 kW diesel generator at the Wastewater Treatment Plant; an 80 kW diesel generator at Lift Station #2; a 45 kW natural gas generator at Lift Station #3; a 50 kW diesel generator at Lift Station #4; a 60 kW natural gas generator at Water Well #1; an 80 kW natural gas generator at Water Well #2; an 80 kW diesel generator at Water Well #3; a 450 kW diesel generator at Water Well #4; and a 125 kW diesel generator at Water Well #7. Bid Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, are available at no cost via OneDrive through The C.T. Brannon Corporation. Bidders must submit with their bid a cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The project is financed with assistance from the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) administered by the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) and is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. The successful bidder must ensure non-discrimination in employment, and all contractors/subcontractors debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation on federal assistance programs may not undertake any activity under this project. The City of Chandler reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held for up to 60 days from the date of bid opening for reviewing and investigating bidder qualifications prior to contract award.
