As of February 02, 2026,  project came in over budget. No definite date for the rebid. Question Deadline 01/13/2026 Bidders wanting further information, interpretation or clarification of the Contract Documents must make their request in writing to the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to the Bid Opening. The work to be performed generally consists of the following major work items: Diesel Generator (1 LS) - will be installed on the Southwest exterior of the City Hall building in Crowley, Texas. It will provide emergency power for the entire building through a new service-entrance rated automatic transfer switch. CMU Screen Wall - with a masonry facade matching the building will surround the surround the generator on three sides with the city hall building's exterior used at the fourth wall. The screen wall will be constructed on a grade beam supported foundation. Concrete Sidewalk (58 SY) - The existing ADA sidewalk will be demolished to the extent necessary for the generator and screen wall construction. It will be reconstructed to match existing design and relocated to maintain pathway continuity.
