Site work for a water / sewer project in Clewiston, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project scope is to construct a new hurricane-rated canopy building structure and access driveway within a portion of the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility site (WWTP) located in the Big Cypress Reservation. The existing project site is currently being utilized as an outdoor vehicle and container storage area. Project goal is to provide STOF with a new hurricane-rated canopy metal structure building that can be used for the storage of vehicles and equipment, as shown in the project design and documents. Detailed requirements and extent of work is stated in the applicable Specification sections and shown on the Plans. The Contractor shall, except as otherwise specifically stated herein or in any applicable parts of the Contract Documents, provide and pay for all labor, materials, permitting, equipment, tools, construction equipment, and other facilities and services necessary for proper execution, testing, and completion of the work under this Contract. The Seminole Tribe of Florida requires furnishing and installation services for a covered structure to protect heavy equipment located at the Big Cypress Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
