The Town of Warrenton is seeking bids from qualified, Class A contractors for a complete turn-key project involving the demolition, removal, supply, and installation of one new multi-level aquatic play structure. The new structure must be self-contained and feature interactive water elements, two waterslides, translucent barrier panels, and have a maximum height of approximately 21 feet. The scope includes: furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for demolition and lawful disposal of the existing structure; augmenting the existing 6-inch concrete pad to a minimum thickness of 12 inches; repairing any areas of the pool shell affected by the work using Diamond-Brite or a pre-approved equivalent; completing assembly, anchoring, and installation of the new structure according to approved plans and specifications; and providing all final plumbing connections for the project. Bidders must have at least five years' experience in similar projects and provide references for three previous projects of comparable size and scope. Bids must be received by the closing date and comply with all specified instructions.
