Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 222,080-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.

The Scope of Work for this project includes providing all necessary materials, labor, equipment, tools, supervision, support services and construction activities required to prepare the site and complete a full roof replacement. This includes the removal of existing roofing and installation of new roof system and associated components as specified in the construction documents NA SB goal. Question Deadline 01/13/2026 at 4:00 PM CT Questions concerning this Request for Technical Proposal (RFTP) must be presented in writing to meby the close of business Questions andresponses willbeposted on or about Tuesday, January 20 th , 2026, via METRO Bonfirehub General Description The Scope of Work for this project includes providing all necessary materials, labor, equipment, tools, supervision, support services and construction activities required to prepare the site and complete a full roof replacement. This includes the removal of existing roofing and installation of new roof system and associated components as specified in the construction documents. The project is situated at 111 Fallbrook Drive, Houston, Texas 77038. The total roof area requiring replacement across all buildings at Fallbrook BOF is approximately 113,150 square feet. Seven (7) buildings are included in this work as shown in Figure 1, highlighted in yellow and outline in green. This project is locally funded. o The Work described in Section 2.0 serves as a general outline and may not cover all tasks required to complete the project in its entirety. o The complete Scope of Work is defined by the Drawings and the requirements outlined in the Contract Forms, Conditions of the Contract, and Specifications. o Refer to the Drawings for detailed descriptions and specific locations of the Work.Basic Requirements / Special Conditions: o The Contractor shall review, field verify and confirm all existing conditions (to include but not limited to stated dimensions, drawings, layouts, etc.) prior to performing this work. The Contractor shall also comply with all applicable METRO Specifications as stated in METRO's Facility Upgrade Project Standard Specifications Volumes 1 and 2 dated August 31, 2001. o All work shall comply with the requirements of this document including national specifications and standards, City of Houston Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, and Fire Codes, state and local government authority codes, regulations, and the City of Houston Standard specifications 2018.Project Scope The Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, material, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete tear-off and installation for following buildings: o Security Building: 500 SF o Operation & Administration Building: 74,200 SF o Electrical Building: 1,650 SF o Vault Pull Building: 4,900 SF o Facility Maintenance Building: 2,500 SF o Bus Wash Building: 14,550 SF o Service and Clean Building: 14,850 SF Total Area: 113,150 SF
