Site work for a water / sewer project in Paris, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work of Contract No. 7 - Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning is generally described as follows: Furnish and install heating, ventilation and air conditioning for the water treatment building and miscellaneous work Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check payable to the Town of Paris in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. Complete Bid Bond forms included in the Bid Proposal section of the Project Manual. If a Bidder fails to enter into a Contract with the Town of Paris, upon acceptance of bid, the bid security shall be forfeited to the Town of Paris. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the bid opening. The successful bidder must provide a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond with a surety company satisfactory to the Town of Paris and conforming to the requirements of Article 6 of the General Conditions. The Town of Paris reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
