City of Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking sealed bids for a 48-inch plug valve for the Resource Recovery Division.A contract will be awarded for a term of one-time purchase, subject to contract performance and annual appropriation by the Raleigh City Council. The purpose of this ITB is to provide general and specific information for the use by bidders in submitting bids to supply the City of Raleigh with the apparatus, supplies, materials, equipment, and/or services described herein. All bids and any resulting contract(s) shall be governed by City policy and/or Section 143-129 of the North Carolina General Statutes. All questions, concerns, or requests for additional information shall be directed to the City of Raleigh Procurement Division, attention of the ITB Agent identified below ITB Agent: Wes Rhodes Procurement Analyst E-Mail: wes.rhodes@raleighnc.gov Bidder Written Questions Due: 01/14/2026 2:00:00 PM Questions and Answers Addendum Published: 01/21/2026 There will be no pre-bid conference for this ITB. Provide (2) complete sets of your bid on the BID FORM PROVIDED HEREIN in hard copy paper format (on 8-1/2" x 11" size paper, only bound with a single staple in the upper left corner or with a single removable clip--no 3-ring binders) and must be SEALED in an envelope. NO EMAIL OR FAX BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
