Bus Facilities, Compressed Air Systems, and Breathable Air (Inspection, Repair, Testing, Certification, and Preventative Maintenance). This project is being bid solely by use of an electronic bidding platform, Bid Express. All bidders must submit with their bid: Bid Price Form, Bid Bond or other Bid Security, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractor's Certification of Eligibility, Affidavit of Compliance/ NJ TRANSIT’s Code of Ethics for Vendors, Ownership Disclosure Form, and Addenda Acknowledgement Certification. It is recommended that bidders submit SBE/DVOB Forms and Source Disclosure Certification within five calendar days of bid opening, and Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran Form and Business Registration Certificate prior to contract award. Bid security equal to ten percent of total bid price is required, and may be in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Letter of Credit. All forms of bid security must be valid for a minimum of 180 calendar days from the date of bid opening. Only bids submitted electronically will be accepted. Bids may be modified or withdrawn up to the bid opening date/time. Delivery instructions for paper bid bonds and compliance responsibilities are specified. No contract will be awarded without proof of a Business Registration Certificate for both bidder and any subcontractor.
