Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Severn, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development; for site work for a office development; service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a service station / car wash facility; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of this solicitation is to provide professional Design/Build services for the construction of the Yard to be located at 389 Burns Crossing Road in Severn, MD. This includes a new administrative office building, a large paved service yard, specialized structures that include aggregate bins, a de-watering station, pads for dumpsters, and an outdoor open storage area for maintenance materials, a parking lot for personnel vehicles, and construction of a new fuel station. Work includes (but is not limited to) site demolition, earthwork, concrete, masonry, steel framing, steel decking, roofing, snow guards, metal doors & frames, rolling service doors, skylights, glass & glazing, tile, acoustical ceilings, resinous and resilient flooring, painting, signage, operable partitions, canopies, metal lockers, residential appliances, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, security systems, fences and gates.
