Renovation of a mixed-use development in Roanoke, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of January 30, 2026, the project is canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** This project includes work at two locations and involves demolishing cabinets and countertops, running 208V 3-phase power to the room, running and terminating data cables to multiple rooms, relocating server equipment, enclosing an open ceiling, installing HVAC, and installing a fire suppression system. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security is required in accordance with the instructions. Bidders must provide evidence of authorization to transact business in Virginia, including a State Corporation Commission identification number. The Authority does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, status as a service-disabled veteran, or any other basis prohibited by state law. The Authority also does not discriminate against faith-based organizations. A bid may be withdrawn by giving written notice within two business days after the conclusion of the bid opening procedure and submitting original work papers with such notice. All questions and technical inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Owner's primary contact, Joel Bostic (email Joel.Bostic@WesternVaWater.org). Question Deadline 01/14/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Authority in writing.
