As of February 19, 2026, project was awarded to LJS Concrete & Excavating, awarded amount is $2,660,588.23. The Base Bid includes the Phase 1 reconstruction of the pavement, sidewalks, curb and gutter, water, storm, and sanitary utilities on Whitney St. from Tschirgi St. to Main St. and Tschirgi St. from Whitney St. to College Ave. Items include approximately 5,170 SY of bituminous pavement, approximately 1,142 SY of concrete pavement, approximately 1,944 SY of sidewalk, approximately 2,819 LF of curb & gutter, approximately 1,498 LF of storm sewer, approximately 1,769 LF of PVC waterline, approximately 1,614 LF of sanitary sewer pipe, landscaping enhancements, and other miscellaneous items.
