Sealed bids are invited for roadway improvements on East Evesham Road (CR 544), from Burnt Mill Road (CR 670) to Haddonfield-Berlin Road (CR 561), located in Cherry Hill Township and Voorhees Township, Camden County, New Jersey. Bidders are required to comply with relevant laws and regulations including P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27); N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.; and, where applicable, P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57). All bidders must obtain complete bid documentation from the county. Any questions regarding the scope of work must be submitted in writing to the designated county engineer by the specified deadline. In case of inconsistencies, bid documentation takes precedence over advertisements. The project scope of work includes roadway, drainage, and safety improvements to East Evesham Road (CR 544) from Burnt Mill Road (CR 670) to Haddonfield-Berlin Road (CR 561), in Cherry Hill Township and Voorhees Township, Camden County, New Jersey.
