Bidders are required to comply with relevant laws and regulations including P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27); N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.; and, where applicable, P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57). All bidders must obtain complete bid documentation from the county. Any questions regarding the scope of work must be submitted in writing to the designated county engineer by the specified deadline.
