Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Reedsburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; and road / highway.
In general, the work consists of: reconstruction of an existing parking lot including aggregate and asphalt removals, realignment excavation to subgrade, installation of drain tile and storm sewer pipe, geotextile fabric, geogrid and placement of base material, site grading for improved drainage, erosion control and turf restoration; dredging to improve an existing boat launch lagoon area and navigation to lake, including disposal of low hazard dredged material at a designated park site location, and off-site disposal of remaining dredged materials by Contractor; improvements to recreational roadways including removal of vegetation, addition of dense graded base, grading roadway for positive drainage, grading/removal of road side berming/accumulated materials and ditching to provide improved roadway drainage, culvert replacement with tree/vegetation removal and rip rap, erosion control and turf restoration.
