Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in New York, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Design-Builder to provide design-build services to for ADA upgrades at three NYCT Stations including State of Good Repair ("SOGR") Work within the ADA paths of travel at 110th Street and Wakefield-241st Street stations and completing certain component Work at 145th Street station (the "Contract"), in accordance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines, including but not limited to installing new elevators at various stations. In addition, and as part of the procurement for the Contract, the MTA intends to enter into a separate contract to provide for the long-term maintenance of new elevators.
