The Commander's Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) intends to establish three Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the maintenance and repair of air conditioning (A/C) chillers. The agreements will be awarded to Daikin Applied America's Inc. (CAGE 3A3W3), Brady Trane Services Inc. (CAGE 1MK00), and Johnson Controls Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Inc. (CAGE 66935). These BPAs will be issued under the authority of FAR Part 13.303 and will comply with FAR Part 12 for the acquisition of commercial products and services. The ordering period for each BPA will be five years. The award decision is based on market research and an evaluation of vendor capabilities, determining that the selected contractors provide the best value to the Government through their technical expertise, qualifications, and past performance. This notice serves as public notification of the Government's intent to proceed with the BPA awards and fulfills posting requirements in accordance with applicable FAR provisions. The BPAs are expected to be awarded on or about March 1, 2026. This BPA will have an ordering period of five (5) years. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
