Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Sullivan, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a detention facility.
A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Moultrie County Board, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Should the bidder withdraw his bid within ten (10) days after bid date without written consent of the Owner or fail to execute a satisfactory contract including performance bond within thirty (30) days after the written notice to proceed, the Owner may declare the bid deposit forfeited as liquidated damages. Bidding documents are also available for review at the following locations: MOULTRIE COUNTY COURTHOUSE 10 South Main Street Sullivan, IL 61951 The scope of this project includes but is not necessarily limited to the removal and disposal of existing camera system and replacement with new. It is encouraged that the bidders are within a 75 mile-radius for future service repairs and visits, per the Counties request. The County would like to have the camera replacement completed as soon as possible, by the lead times of the equipment.
