Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The construction services to demo existing and upgrade five (5) Automatic Transfer Switch equipment: ATS-G, ATS-C1, ATS-C2, ATS-C3, and ATS-C4 at 1 Ashburton Place, Boston, MA (new equipment has been pre-purchased by the Awarding Authority). The project objective is to ensure the ATS equipment can be replaced in a manner that minimizes downtime to the building. Contractor Qualification : DCAMM Certificate In accordance with the provisions of the contract, the Contractor shall commence work under the Contract on March 02, 2026 and shall, within 285 days, bring the work to Substantial Completion and to the point at which a Certificate of Agency Use and Occupancy may be issued. Substantial Completion shall occur on or before December 12, 2026. The Contractor shall bring the work to Final Acceptance within 45 days after the date specified for Substantial Completion. Final Acceptance shall occur on or before January 26, 2027.
