Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Tampa, Florida. Design plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; and for site work for a road / highway.
This project will construct a 3-lane southbound Collector-Distributor (CD) road system from the SR 56 southbound on-ramp to the I-75/I-275 apex to complement the northbound CD road system in Wesley Chapel. The scope includes a new 2-lane southbound on-ramp from the CD roadway to southbound I-75, widening the bridge over Cypress Creek, a new bridge over Cypress Creek for the southbound CD roadway, a new fork of I-75/I-275 southbound, a new bridge for southbound I-275 over the CD road ramp to southbound I-75, and a new concrete barrier wall separation between the southbound I-75 mainline lanes and the proposed southbound CD roadway.
