Furnishing of all material, equipment, labor and supervision necessary or incidental to "Construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant and Lift Station Rehabilitation for Westlake MUD No. 1, Harris County, Texas. Wastewater treatment plant rehabilitation including cleaning, blasting and recoating of existing on-site lift station wet well, piping, valves, and all appurtenances; bypass pumping; repair of cracks on walls of aeration basins, digester basins, clarifiers and chlorine contact basins; replacement of various valves at basins and piping; installation of on-site bathroom and appurtenances; rehabilitation of influent manhole and off-site lift station rehabilitation including cleaning, blasting and recoating of existing lift station wet well, piping, valves, manhole and electrical improvements. Question Deadline 01/16/2026 at 10:30 AM CT A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
