Renovation of an educational facility in Croswell, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of January 30, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Croswell-Lexington Community Schools is seeking contractor proposals for the Meyer Elementary Roof Replacement. Proposals must be labeled as "Proposal 1- Meyer Elementary Roof Replacement" and include two copies of the completed Form of Proposal, a Familial Disclosure Statement, and a Bid Bond for bids over $50,000. All bidders must provide familial disclosure complying with Michigan law and submit a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the bidder's owners or employees and any member of the board of education or the superintendent. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check for at least five percent of the base bid. Successful bidders will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds. Bids are to be held open and irrevocable for sixty days. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of Croswell Lexington Community Schools.
