The City of Fremont is requesting Qualification Statements (RFQ) in the form of a Letter of Interest (Lol) from ODOT pre -qualified professional consultants to provide engineering services for the City s South 5th Street Reconstruction Project . The project limits are from East State St to Eastern side of the Miles Newton Bridge over the Sandusky River . The City was awarded an ODOT Small Citys Grant for the construction of this project , therefore it will be a Local Public Agency (LPA project with the selected consulting firm to provide necessary planning , survey , design , bidding , and limited construction support services . ODOT will be performing the environmental clearance requirements for this project .
