The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Quad Residence Halls Renovation Phase 3: Keller & Owen Halls. The work includes selective demolition and selective site demolition for the new work. Interior renovation of Keller and Owen Residence Halls, including interior finishes throughout. Interior work includes finish carpentry, doors and frames, gypsum wallboard assemblies, plaster repairs, ceramic tiling, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, interior painting, building specialties, and countertops. Exterior work includes masonry cleaning, partial roof replacement, sheet metal flashing and trim, wood trim replacement, replacement of main entry doors, window replacement, and exterior painting. Site improvements directly adjacent to each hall, to provide accessible routes to each building. Renovations to MEP and FP Systems. Pre-qualification is required for this project. The prequalification application is available on the Auburn University Public Works Bid Calendar. In accordance with Code of Alabama, 39-2-2(a), prequalification is required for this project.
