Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Arlington, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This project primarily consists of sidewalk installation. All bidders and subcontractors on this project must be pre-qualified in the appropriate work category as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders of the contract documents. A cashier's check or an acceptable Bidder's Bond payable to the City of Arlington, Texas, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid. A Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Warranty Bond each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required. Not less than the prevailing wage rates adopted by the City of Arlington, Texas, and as set forth in the contract documents, must be paid on this project. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating prices in the Proposal, the City reserves the right to accept the most advantageous construction thereof to the City or to reject the proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened. All inquiries must be submitted to the City in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders of the contract documents.
