The requirement is for the supply and crush of 30,000 cubic yards of 106 type road gravel. The gravel must have a minimum fractured face percentage of 50%, a plasticity index of less than 6.0, and consist of hard, durable particles free from injurious quantities of soft or flaky particles, topsoil, loam or organic matter, or other deleterious materials. The stockpile of gravel must be within 50 km of the RM of Lacadena No. 228 border. The bid must include up to 24 months’ storage at the stockpile site. It is the responsibility of the RM of Lacadena to haul the gravel from the stockpile to their intended location.
