The State of North Dakota, acting through its Department of Transportation, Dickinson District, is soliciting proposals for landscaping maintenance in Medora. The Procurement Officer is the designated point of contact for all communications regarding this solicitation. Offerors must ensure all communications related to the procurement are only with the designated point of contact. Engaging in unauthorized communication or seeking to obtain information about an open solicitation with any state employee or official other than the responsible Procurement Officer or designee is sufficient grounds for suspension or debarment. Individuals or business entities desiring to be notified of bidding opportunities may apply to be placed on the Bidders List. There are no fees to register as a bidder.
