**As of February 05, 2022, the project was awarded to Tiles Excavating Inc., with an awarded amount of $657, 508.25.** **As of February 22, 2022, project was awarded, start date is Mid of March. ** The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing 1,950 feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer, including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Fruitport Charter Township in an amount equal to five percent of the total price, which shall bind the bidder for a period of forty-five days after the receipt of bids. Drawings, specifications, and bidding documents are available online to active members of the Prein&Newhof Plan Room. Hard copies are available for purchase.
