Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Request for Proposals to retain a mechanical contractor to replace the existing chiller serving the data centres in Podium Building (POD) located at 350 Victoria Street, Toronto. The work will include, but not be limited to, the following: Replacement of existing chiller on the roof of POD Building, and the installation of new equipment and replacement of other components in connection with the chiller as per drawings and specifications. The University intends to execute CCDC2-2020 Stipulated Sum agreement as amended by the Supplementary Conditions.
