Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lander, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of the construction of approximately 6,000 linear feet of full depth road reconstruction, approximately 5,300 linear feet of 12-inch transmission main replacement with associated appurtenances, and approximately 900 linear feet of partial road realignment including curb and gutter sidewalk. The work includes water utilities, water transmission pipelines, water main repair and replacement rehabilitation, aggregate, street and road asphalt resurfacing and milling, concrete walkway, sawcutting sidewalk and pavement, traffic control, pavement resurface and rehabilitation, pavement removal, paving (asphalt or concrete), removal and replacement of pipe, street and roadway reconstruction, asphalt overlay, street and road repairs, curbs, waterlines, and paving for highway, road or street. Bidders are required to be registered on the QuestCDN website to receive updates and addenda. No partial sets of specifications or drawings will be issued.
