Municipal Aid Program, FY2025, in the Township of Haddon, Camden County, New Jersey. Bidders must comply with P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27), Public Contracts Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., and all other relevant Federal, County, State, and Municipal laws, rules, and regulations. Bids must be submitted on the standard proposal form as designated by the specifications, enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder and the name of the proposed work. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent of the amount bid (with specified minimum and maximum limits), a Consent of Surety, and all required forms as listed in the proposal section of the specifications. Bidders are required to have a New Jersey Department of Labor "Certificate of Registration" and a State of New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for various specified reasons, including improper submission of proposal forms, unbalanced prices, or incomplete documentation. All inquiries about the project scope of work, construction plans, specifications, or bidders lists must be submitted in writing to the Township Engineer at Key Engineers, Inc.
