Reference Number NB-25-0064 Question Deadline 01/09/2026 Embankment repair along Pointe du Chêne Road to address damage from Hurricane Fiona (2022). Includes: traffic control per WATCM; common & bedrock excavation; removal & disposal of existing riprap; supply & placement of geotextile (Type N2), sediment control fence; supply & placement of R-5, R-25, R-1000 riprap; reinstatement of disturbed areas; guide rail installation; tidal work precautions; maintain one lane open at all times; no work between Apr 13, 2026 - Sep 1, 2026 The Province of New Brunswick reserves the right to waive minor non-compliance where such non-compliance is not of a material nature in its sole and absolute discretion, or to accept or reject in whole or in part any or all Bids, with or without giving notice. Such minor non-compliance will be deemed substantial compliance and capable of acceptance. The Province will be the sole judge of whether a Bid is accepted or rejected.
