Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The work will be executed through multiple prime contracts representing significant elements of work for each Contractor. The work shall be performed concurrently and in close coordination with the respective Prime Contractors listed in these construction documents, and ANY other trades working at the site. The submittal of all bidder questions will be extended from Thursday, January 22, 2026 by COB to Friday, February 6, 2026 by COB.as per Adda 1. The contract duration is 697 calendar days (33 months) from the Notice to Proceed. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interest of SEPTA.
