The Old Bridge Township Board of Education advertises for competitive sealed bids for outfall repairs at Old Bridge High School. Bid documents can be secured from Tokarski Millemann Architects for a non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the project title, bid number, and bidder information. No electronic submissions are accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held, and attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. Bidding must conform to the Public School Contracts Law and all applicable regulations. Bidders must comply with affirmative action requirements and submit a Statement of Ownership Disclosure. Bidders must be prequalified by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, with appropriate classification in C054 – Site Work, and provide required affidavits, notices of classification, and documentation regarding uncompleted contracts.
