A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Lump sum sealed bids will be received by the Owner, Barrington Community Unit School District 220, for the Window Removal and Replacement project at Barbara B Rose Elementary School Performance and Material Payment Bonds are required. All Contractors are to pay crews at prevailing wages, provide certified payrolls and waivers. No subcontracting of glazing labor is permitted. All glazing crews are required to be W-2 employees. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check in an amount equal to 10 percent of the Base Bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid Bond or Cashier's Check shall be payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best inter-est of the Owner.
