The purpose of this call for tenders is to award a supply contract for the forestry and agricultural sector. The delivery locations are at the following addresses: Pépinière de Berthier 1690, Grande-Côte Sainte-Geneviève-de-Berthier (Québec) J0K 1A0 Pépinière de St-Modeste 410, rue Principale Saint-Modeste (Québec) G0L 3W0 Pépinière de Normandin 134, chemin Alfred-Villeneuve Normandin (Québec) G8M 4R7 Pépinière de Trécesson 164, chemin de la Pépinière Trécesson (Québec) J0Y 2S0 The contract shall commence on the date of signature and shall end on 1 August 2026, for a planned contract term (without option) of 6 months. The work must be carried out as soon as the contract is signed and must be completed by 1 July 2026 at the latest. The bid must be submitted by a supplier who has, in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable government agreements, an establishment where it conducts its business on a permanent basis, clearly identified by its name and accessible during normal business hours. The Minister draws your attention to sections 3.12 and 3.13 of the tender document, which set out the eligibility requirements for suppliers and the conditions for bid compliance that must be met in this tender. The Minister is not obliged to accept any of the tenders received, particularly if it considers that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
