Dunlap Ave. Savoy, IL 61874 Anticipated board meeting to award project: 02/11/26 as per PBMM Work Includes: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to address the lead-based paint during demolition as described by the procedures herein and shown on drawings. This work is not governed by IDPH or HUD. B. Lead-based paint is present in the buildings and has been identified in the Lead-Based Paint Inspection Reports. C. Contractor shall follow these specification in regards to engineering controls and disposal of lead-based paint disturbed during the demolition. It is not anticipated that the OSHA Action Level for exposure to lead-based paint will be exceeded during the demolition process.
