The scope of this project is to repaint the exterior surfaces of the Washita CTS / Casino building using the same colors and color scheme currently existing on the structure. No color changes or design modifications are included. 2. Surface Preparation The contractor shall perform all necessary surface preparation to ensure proper paint adhesion and a quality finish, including but not limited to: _ Pressure washing all exterior surfaces to remove dirt, dust, mildew, chalking, and loose debris _ Scraping, sanding, and removing any loose, peeling, or flaking paint _ Minor surface repairs such as patching small cracks, holes, or imperfections (excluding structural repairs) _ Caulking gaps and joints as needed around windows, doors, and trim _ Protecting adjacent surfaces, landscaping, windows, doors, signage, and fixtures from paint overspray or damage 3. Painting Work _ Repaint all designated exterior building surfaces using the same existing colors _ Vendors to verify square footage for painting material. _ Use appropriate primers where bare substrate or repairs are exposed _ Apply a suAicient number of coats to achieve uniform color, coverage, and finish _ All paint materials shall be commercial-grade, exterior-rated products suitable for the building substrate and local weather conditions 4. Areas Included _ Exterior walls and ___ade surfaces _ Trim, accents, and architectural features currently painted _ Other exterior painted surfaces as identified during the site walkthrough 5. Cleanup and Protection _ Maintain a clean and safe job site throughout the project _ Remove all debris, empty containers, masking materials, and equipment upon completion _ Restore surrounding areas to their original condition
