Sutherland ES-Domestic Booster Pump System Replacement. Bids must be submitted electronically. Only prequalified pool various trades are eligible to bid. Pre-qualification requirements: ONLY PREQUALIFIED POOL Various Trades. Boiler House / 1st Floor South Plumbing Chase Issue: The existing domestic booster pump system has multiple points of failure and requires replacement. Additionally, the 3" ball valve serving the south tier bathrooms is broken partially closed causing the upper floor water closets to have low pressure. Resolution: Booster Pump -Shut down and drain the cold water supply to the booster pump. -Disconnect the electrical house supply and make it safe to work on. -Demolish (1) Synchro-Flow 208V/3PH 4" Duplex Booster Pump System, hydro-pneumatic pressure vessel, and short sections of 4" suction and discharge piping. -Install (1) 4" duplex variable speed booster system rated for 171 GPM @ 70 PSI with 5 HP, 3500 RPM, 3PH, 208-volt motor. Packaged system to include 3" dual flange stainless steel headers, check valves, butterfly isolation valves, temperature relief sensors, 53 gallon ASME bladder tank, and NEMA-4 duplex control panel with suction and system pressure transducers, PLC interface and individual pump variable speed drives. Includes suction and discharge flexible connectors and rubber vibration mounts. -Install 10' of 4" copper suction and discharge piping. This is to include isolation ball valves, isolators, and all associated fittings and connections. -Install 8' of new conduit, seal-tite, and wire. -Start the unit and test for proper operation, pressure, and rotation. 1st Floor South Plumbing Chase -Shut down domestic cold water supply to restrooms and drain. -Demolish (1) 3" ball valve and short section of associated water supply piping. -Install (1) 3" ball valve, short section of associated piping, and all associated couplings. -Restore water supply and test for proper operation.
