Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kayenta, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The scope of work involves a full house renovation, including replacement of the front and back doors with best locks, installation of luxury vinyl tile flooring, and replacement of all cabinets in the kitchen, restrooms, and utility room. All sinks and faucets in restrooms and the kitchen will be replaced, along with all counters. The furnace will be replaced with an HVAC system, including installation of an outside condenser on a cement base. The bathtub will be replaced with a standing shower, and the crawl space HVAC flexible duct will be replaced. Baseboards will be replaced, as well as the stove vent and duct system. All water plumbing will be replaced, and a large tub will be removed at one location. The utility room subflooring will be replaced with 3/4-inch plywood. An additional layer of cinder block will be installed around the modular home, and vent panels will be replaced. The contractor is responsible for disposing of debris at an approved EPA disposal location. Additionally, KHC will run 220-volt power to the AC condenser. Location: Kayenta Service Unit, Indian Health Service, Kayenta, AZ 86033. Period of Performance: 05/15/2026 to 12/31/2026 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 3.1. The contractor shall prepare a proposal, and upon award, shall provide an accurate timeline to complete project and following will perform the work to completion. 3.2. The contractor must submit all material to be used for renovation and be approved by KHC. 3.3. Four modular homes to be renovated: a. 3013: 1680 square feet, two bath, 3-bedroom, propane, built in 1978. b. 3015: 1680 square feet, two baths, 3-bedroom, propane, built in 1978. c. 3016: 1680 square feet, two baths, 3-bedroom, propane, built in 1978. d. 3025: 2160 square feet, two baths, 4-bedroom, propane, built in 1978. 3.4. The project includes the following work: a. Replacements of front and back door and replace best lock. b. Replacement of flooring with luxury vinyl tile. c.
