Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Please see the Invitation to Bid regarding obtaining documents. For the entire single ply roof at the Thorne-Rider Campus Center building at 1 Whitney Way, the work consists of removal of the existing hail-damaged single ply roof and flashing system down to the existing metal roof deck. The contractor is to remove the entire roofing assembly down to the steel deck and provide and install a new insulated roof assembly, including substrate board, replacement insulation, and associated flashings, including counterflashings and other metal flashings as required for a complete system. Contractors must submit written, sealed proposals marked for the project and bids will be received for a single General Contract on a lump sum basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. Bids shall be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid and the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds in an amount not less than 100 percent of the contract sum. Contractors are required to comply with all Fair Labor Practices, workers compensation, and relevant Wyoming State Statutes. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and contract documents may be secured at Cushing Terrell or at the pre-bid walk-through. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least forty-five days after the scheduled receipt time. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract in the form provided by the contract documents.
